The build review for the 4.29.0 update, which was scheduled for February 26th, is currently being delayed due to eh app store's review process.

We kindly ask for your understanding as the maintenance schedule has been changed.

During the 2nd maintenance, we will proceed with applying several improvements,

including Apple/Google login support and enhanced account security,

which we had informed in our HIDEA & NEOWIZ Merger notice published in late January.

Through these improvements, you will be able to transfer your precious account data

without being confined to each operating system(OS) and will be able to safely

save data by linking your account with multiple platforms.

We regret to inform you that the release of the feature enabling 

a single account to be linked across multiple platforms 

has been postponed by approximately one month. 

This was not a decision we made lightly; we are taking additional time

to complete verification and ensure system stability 

so we can deliver a more secure and reliable update.

as we work to provide a high-quality, dependable experience.

Also, there will be a process to agree to the updated Terms of Use

once you log in to the game after the maintenance completes.

We kindly ask for your understanding as this is a crucial process to provide better service for you.

During the maintenance, some game features/contents will not be available.

- During the maintenance, you’ll still be able to access Cats & Soup in "offline mode".

※ Features available in “offline mode”:

a) Earning and spending Gold:

: Selling dishes, completing special orders, building facilities, claiming hot air balloon & photo rewards

b) Earning and using Recipe Points:

: Claiming rest facility rewards, upgrading recipes

c) Feeding cats in the miniroom

– To prevent any potential issues, we recommend closing the game before maintenance begins, as lost progress may not be recoverable.

– Please also note that maintenance times and details are subject to change.
