Hello, this is the Cats & Soup team.
An issue, where game data does not properly load for certain iOS players if did not proceed with cloud save and account link before updating to version 4.29.1 and then linking a game account, has been found.
If you have not proceeded with cloud save before, please check the details below before downloading the new update.
‼️Important Notice Before Downloading the Update‼️
- In-game Settings > Support > Cloud Save > Proceed Data Save(Account Link)
- Please check if you have enough iCloud space
※ Recommended iCloud Remaining Space : 300 - 400MB
If you have already been affected by the issue, please🚫refrain from deleting and reinstalling the game🚫and instead submit an inquiry through the in-game Customer Support.
Also, we are currently checking for a hotfix, which will first recall the local saved data stored in your device.
We will share more details through a separate notice once completed.
