First, we apologize to everyone

who were surprised to find their precious

cats & forests had disappeared after

downloading the recent update.

A hotfix(4.29.2 version), which contains a fix

for the account data issue that had occurred

to those who had not synced their accounts

to the cloud, has been released.

Rest assured, please download the hotfix

even if you had not saved to cloud before.

We have also added the [Emergency Restore] 

function in this version for those whose 

accounts had restarted due to the previous update.

Please refer to the information below

and restore your account data.

‼️How to Restore Data‼️

1) Download 4.29.2 hotfix

2) Go to in-game Settings > Support tab

3) Select the newly added 'Emergency Restore' button

4) Select the 'Register' button and restore data

⚠️ Please check the details below!

※ You can only use the emergency restore function

     if you have not deleted the game from your device.

※ The emergency restore function can only be used

     once, so please proceed with caution.
