Thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to Cats & Soup.

We are writing to inform you that NEOWIZ Corp. and HIDEA Corp. will merge effective January 30, 2026. Following the merger, HIDEA Corp. will be integrated into NEOWIZ Corp., and all services, as well as all user data, will hereafter be managed by NEOWIZ Corp.

As part of this transition, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and operational guidelines will be updated accordingly. Please carefully review the following details:

4. Purpose of Data Transfer

To ensure the continued and uninterrupted operation of the service.

5. Effective Date of Revised Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

January 30, 2026

6. Description of Changes

Affected: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and operational guidelines

Change: HIDEA Corp. → NEOWIZ Corp.

Please Note: Your game data will not be affected by this transition and can be used as before.

Even after the service is transferred, you will continue to be able to play Cats & Soup as usual. Your personal information will be securely stored and managed in accordance with the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.

If you do not wish for your personal information to be transferred as part of this process, you have the right to refuse. To do so, please request account deletion via [Settings] > [Customer Support] > [Delete Account].

If you would like to withdraw your consent for the collection and use of your personal information, please contact customer support at the address below.

Please note: If you withdraw your consent, you will no longer be able to access the Cats & Soup service. All collected personal information will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

How to Opt Out of Data Transfer

If you do not wish your personal information to be transferred, you may choose to opt out.

Please note, however, that if you refuse the transfer, you will no longer be able to play Cats & Soup once the service provider changes. All collected personal information will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
