First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused by the “One-Touch Facility Level Up” feature. Unfortunately, when we introduced this new feature, the balance between the resources used and gained wasn’t properly adjusted, which resulted in an unexpected and rapid increase in facilities, recipes, and gold.

Our intention with this feature was to make gameplay more comfortable for everyone, but I’m deeply sorry that it ended up creating new issues and affecting your enjoyment instead.

I can only imagine how disappointing this must have been for those eagerly waiting for the update, and we take full responsibility for this outcome. From now on, we will make sure to plan more carefully and run even more thorough tests on future updates to ensure that the same issue does not happen again.

We know that no compensation can completely make up for the trouble this has caused. Still, we want to express our genuine regret and appreciation for your patience and understanding by offering a gesture of apology. We’re finalizing the details now and will share more information as soon as we can.

As we look ahead to the upcoming forest expansion, renewal, and optimization features, I promise we’ll approach these updates with even greater care and responsibility to prevent similar issues in the future.
