Hello,

This is K.J, the Director of Cats & Soup. 

The leaves of the forest seem to be growing greener by the day 

as we find ourselves at the cusp of summer.

It is at this time that I would like to extend my sincerest thanks 

to all of you for your love and support for Cats & Soup, 

unwavering throughout the changing of the seasons.

In the first half of the year, we introduced a steady series of updates 

as part of our effort to keep the promise we made to you: 

some of those updates included the "Play with Cats" feature, 

accessory slot expansion, and Baby Kitty rides.

On top of that, we added fun little touches, like surprise 

cat appearances in photos and hot air balloon fleet events. 

There were also improvements made to 

the Miniroom customization system and coupons 

to make for an even smoother gameplay experience.

Your patience and valuable feedback have been a constant

source of support as we worked toward these changes.

With that in mind, today, I would like to give you 

a sneak peek of what's to come this upcoming June, 

along with the changes that will be taking place moving forward.

1. June: A Month of Exciting Surprises

A Mystical Adventure Over the Clouds

This June, we will be unveiling the dreamy, fantastical Theme 

that so many of you have been looking forward to.

The forest of cats will be transformed into an entirely new 

and mystical realm: a village on a floating island of clouds.

We're putting a lot of love into designing matching costumes 

and other decorative items, so stay tuned!

Little Trunk Shop Renewal

We're looking to make improvements to the Little Trunk Shop, 

a feature loved by many of you.

Some of you have expressed disappointment 

with the difficulty of accessing the shop outside of its fixed hours, 

so as a fix, we're exploring ways to allow you 

to visit the shop directly at least once per day.

And for those who visited the shop 

only to be faced with the “SOLD OUT” sign, we hear you: 

we’re planning to add 3-6 more slots, mostly of decorative items, 

with a refresh button for the item list also in the works. 

Hopefully, these changes will make 

the shop more accessible for everyone.

2. Welcome Changes to the Forest

We believe that Cat Towers 

need to be just as customizable as Minirooms

—which is why we're working toward making changes 

based on some of the issues you’ve raised.

Some of you reported that the inability to shrink spaces 

after expanding them causes difficulties for customization. 

In response to this feedback, 

we're now looking into adding a “shrink” feature.

There’s more: in order to make the customization process even easier, 

we intend to make tweaks to the guide and interface, while adding 

new decor like room dividers for even more Cat Tower customizing fun.

Down the road, we're also planning a feature that will allow

you to invite the cats of your friends and vice versa.

We’re still at that stage where we’re toying with new ideas, 

so if you happen to have anything to add, 

don't hesitate to leave us a comment. 

We’ll be paying close attention to all of your feedback.

In addition to everything that’s been planned, 

we're working toward giving you more 

freedom in customizing the forest. 

We're looking into adding a feature 

that will allow you to shrink your expanded forests, 

as well as new objectives for forest decoration.

We also promise to make consistent improvements 

to Cats & Soup, such as adding a login safeguard 

to make the login process more seamless.

Finally, I would like to take a brief moment to thank all of you 

for your participation in the recent "Limited Kitty Design Contest." 

Contests like these are more than just events

—they’re an important step 

in building the future of Cats & Soup together with you.

We'll be doing everything within our power 

to bring your cherished creations to life in their full glory.

Cats & Soup will be celebrating its 5th anniversary this year, 

while Baby Kitty will be celebrating its 3rd birthday. 

That's why we're planning something extra special. 

More news about the 5th Anniversary festival and Baby Kitty 

will come in my next letter, so stay tuned!

I would like to thank you all for always making the forest 

a place of warmth and community.

Moving forward, the team and I will continue to be even more 

thorough with our pre-update reviews and tests
