[Notice Regarding the Recipe Level Reset Issue (2.70.0, iOS)]

After the 2.70.0 update on Thursday, May 29, some players, unfortunately,

encountered an issue where their recipe levels were reset to ‘0’. 

As a result, certain rewards—including offline rewards

and daily gifts from the Ferret Merchant—could not be collected.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused, 

and we are also truly sorry for the long time it has taken us to provide you with an update.

For those who were unable to fully enjoy the game between May 29 and June 16 due to this issue, 

we will be providing individual compensation to help restore what you missed during that period.

Additionally, with the 2.71.0 update, we have ensured that players 

who experienced a complete reset of their recipe levels will have their levels adjusted to 1,000.

If you are using iOS, please make sure to install the 2.71.0 update

and check that your level and offline rewards have been restored.

Once again, we extend our deepest apologies for the trouble this issue has caused.
