Q. I'm having trouble purchasing the "Electronic Cat Package". (November 2024)

A. If you purchased the package that included the "Cat Robot (Mk1)" back in the winter of 2021, 

you won’t be able to buy the newly added "Electronic Cat Package" from the Pop-up Store

which was added after the 2.56.0 update on November 7, 2024.

※ This also applies to those who obtained the "Cat Robot (Mk1)" 

from our previous "150K YouTube Subscribers Celebration" event.

Q. How can I check when I acquired the "Cat Robot"?

Please check your "Friends" list for the "Cat Robot" name. 

If it says "Cat Robot (Mk1)", it means you got it back in the winter of 2021. We hope this helps!

Q. I already own the "Cat Robot." Why can I purchase it again?

A. The "Electronic Cat Package" in the Pop-up Store after the 2.56.0 update includes the "Cat Robot (Mk1)". 

This is different from the "Cat Robot (Mk2)" you might already have, 

which is why you can buy it again. We appreciate your understanding.
