A. To sync your data, pleas proceed according to the order below.
Data and progress transfer between AOS and iOS is impossible.
First, log in to both devices with the same Google Play Games or Game Center account.
If your device is an iOS device, check if iCloud Drive and Cats & Soup are active in Settings > Account > iCloud.
1. Run the game on an 'A'(original) device and store data through menu > Data Save.
2. Install and run the game on a 'B'(new) device.
3. If it starts from the beginning, it ends immediately and starts again.
(If the data does not continue, repeat restart 2 or 3 times.)
4. If you still start from scratch afterward, log out of the 'B'(new) device's Game Center and log in again.
5. Check the power of the device by turning it off and on again.
