Q. My data was completely reset.

A. Follow the steps below to recover your data.

1. Make sure you log in to your Google Play Games or Game Center account.
2. Run the 'Data Recovery' function at the top left of the loading screen, and enter 'RESTORE' to recover.
3. If the problem still occurs after step 2, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
4. After reinstalling, wait until the login mark appears at the top of the screen to automatically reload the data.
5. If the game still starts from the beginning, go to step 2 and run the recovery process again.
6. If the problem still occurs, please contact with us through 'Support.'
