Q. My data was completely reset.

A) Please refer to the information below and check your account link and login status.


1) Please make sure that you have logged in to Game Center or Google Play Games, depending on the type of device you are currently using.

2) In the game, click the [Settings] button and then select the [Account] tab.

3) If your account is not linked to Apple or Google in the [Link Account] section, please tap the corresponding button to link your account.


If the issue persists even after following the steps above, please submit an inquiry through the Cats & Soup Customer Support Center.
