A. If you have purchased furniture but cannot find it, select a cat, go to the Decorate tab, and look for the furniture.

Furniture purchased from the furniture shop can only be used in the mini room.

If the furniture is not available in the mini room, please go to Cat Tower and check 'Decor Storage'. 

If you still can't find it, take a screenshot of the purchased item and your mini rooms and send them to us.

We will then thoroughly investigate the issue.
