[Payment] I have not received the item or resource that I purchased.

If you did not receive the item or resource after your purchase, or encountered an error message, 

check your in-game mailbox to see if the item is there.
*Also, some products are applied immediately or sent directly to your account upon purchase.

If your item is still missing even after waiting for some time, see the following steps below.

① Completely close the game, log back in, and wait in the shop page.
② Try making the in-game purchase again.
