Unlike Google/Apple accounts, guest account stores gameplay info on your local mobile device.
Because of this, deleting the game or resetting or making changes to your device deletes all gameplay information permanently.
If your gameplay info was deleted while playing on a guest account, create and link a new account, and then provide the following pieces of information via Customer Support, and we will verify your identity and help you restore your old data.

5. Any other details that may help us identify your account: (e.g., number of cats you had, Gold, Gems, etc.)

1. Google: Send us the order number you received via email.
2. Apple: Send us a screenshot of the email payment receipt.
To protect your account, we recommend you to write down or take a screenshot of your PIN ID, as well as linking your Google/Apple account.
