If the game freezes or shuts itself down, follow the steps below to free up additional space for storage and memory.

① Freeing up memory/storage space
- Terminate any apps running simultaneously
- Task Manager > RAM > Clean up memory
- Settings > App management > Select unused apps > Clear data/cache

② Clear cache
- Settings > App management > Select [Fluffy Town] app > Tap on [clear cache]

③ Close running apps
- Android: Settings > Device care > Optimize now > Done
- iOS: Drag the screen from the bottom up > Push apps upward to close them

④ Check your network connection
- Check for carrier network or Wi-Fi signal status
- Restart device
