Also, many Survivors have sent us various opinions regarding the packages even after implementing the improvement. 

Hence, we have realized that the packages can still be improved and have decided to proceed with further enhancements to both Support Packages.

Starting from upcoming 1.24.0 update, there will be changes in effective period, price, and components for 'Basic Support' and 'Premium Support' packages.

- Basic Support Package before adjustment : Valid for 7 Days upon purchase

- Basic Support Package after adjustment : Valid for 30 Days upon purchase

※ If you have purchased Support Package before the 1.24.0 update, its original effective period will be maintained. 

※ Changed period is only applicable to support packages purchased after applying the 1.24.0 update. 

※ Effective period of Premium Support Package will remain the same as 30 days upon purchase.
