A. First, place Liam's Crafting Card on the merge board.

Then, move to the camp screen and select the crafting facility you want to use (ex. Distiller). 

On the crafting facility popup screen, at the bottom left, choose the 'Craft' button with Liam's Crafting Card image.

Crafting will begin, consuming the crafting card instead of material blocks.
